1. A wristband with NFC chip is included with your ticket and provided at entry
2. Preload credit online before or during the festival — early-bird promotional rates available

### Refund Process
After the festival, unused cashless credit can be refunded:
- **Refund period**: July 27 to August 14, 2026
- **Important**: Do not throw away your wristband — it is required for the refund

## Food and Drink Policy

Attendees may bring into the venue:

### Tickets

**Are tickets nominal (require a name)?**
Yes. All tickets require the ticket holder's name to be registered. Name registration is free for the first 20 days after purchase. After 20 days, a fee of €12.50 applies per name change.

**In what format are tickets delivered?**
Tickets are delivered digitally by email immediately after purchase. Present the original digital document (PDF or mobile ticket) at the entrance. Screenshots are not accepted.

**Can I resell my ticket?**
Yes, but only through Rebel Tickets, the festival's official authorized resale partner.

**Can I use my Bono Cultural Joven?**
Yes, Bono Cultural Joven is accepted for ticket purchases up to a maximum of €200.

**Is cancellation insurance available?**

**Are PRM/accessibility passes available?**

**How does the cashless system work?**
All purchases inside the festival use NFC-enabled wristbands. Load credit onto your wristband online before attending or at recharge points inside the venue.

**What happens to unused credit on my wristband?**
Any unused credit can be refunded after the festival. Submit the refund form online, providing your 8-character wristband code (printed on the back) and your IBAN. Refunds are processed within 20 business days.
