Frequently asked questions
How long can I rent the locker?
For the entire duration of the festival or event. If you need to extend, contact Mobile Locker support.
What can I NOT store?
Illegal objects, weapons, flammable materials, animals, and food that may spill or cause odors. Packaged and sealed food is allowed.
What happens if I don't pick up my stuff on time?
Your items remain in the locker but you will need to pay the extra time cost. If the event ends, belongings go to the festival's lost and found.
How do I open my locker?
When booking, you choose between linking an RFID card or wristband, or using a personal alphanumeric code that you enter on the terminal.
What if I have a problem or lose my code?

Is my luggage insured?
Mobile Locker offers high-quality automated storage. We recommend not storing high-value items or important documents.
