6. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Once the ticket is purchased, it will not be exchanged or refunded, except in cases of event cancellation. The refund, in case of cancellation, is the Organizer's obligation to make within fifteen days from the date of public communication of the cancellation.
Bad weather conditions do not entitle a ticket refund. If the suspension occurs after more than half of the show has elapsed, there will be no refund.
Management/distribution fees or ticket recovery services are not eligible for refund.
Internet purchases: The refund of the ticket amount will be automatically executed to the card from which the purchase was made within approximately 3 to 15 business days.
Tickets are nominative and non-transferable. The right of admission is reserved.
7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
BIGFUN FESTIVALS A.I.E owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website, as well as the elements contained therein. All logos and trademarks of BIGFUN FESTIVALS A.I.E are registered as trademarks in the corresponding public registries.
The user or organizer assigns to BIGFUN FESTIVALS A.I.E worldwide rights of reproduction, distribution and public communication over the content they supply through the Website.
8. SERVICE CANCELLATION
The user can unsubscribe from the service at any time. BIGFUN FESTIVALS A.I.E has the right to unsubscribe, even without prior notice, a user or organizer who does not comply with legal requirements, provided it has justified reasons.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

11. INDICATED PRICES
All prices indicated include taxes.
CASHLESS SYSTEM
- The ticket must be exchanged for the wristband once entering the venue where the festival will be held
- Only payment method, the cashless wristband can be recharged both in cash and by bank card
- Once finished, you can request a refund subject to each festival's conditions
- The refund request must be made through the Boombastic website, in the cashless section, within the established period
- The organization will not be responsible for the conservation of the wristband, so broken or damaged wristbands will not be admitted
- This wristband certifies the right to temporarily leave the festival and re-enter, subject to each festival's conditions
- The organization reserves the right to modify the cashless system conditions
MINOR ACCESS POLICY
Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an authorized adult who is responsible for them, and must submit the minor authorization signed by father, mother or legal guardian at the festival entrance, in addition to providing a photocopy of the ID of the person signing the authorization.
Minors between 16 and 18 years old must submit the minor authorization, signed by father, mother or legal guardian along with a copy of the ID at the festival entrance.
