By purchasing a ticket to Boombastic Asturias, you accept the following general conditions:
1. PROHIBITION OF BRINGING OBJECTS
It is prohibited to bring alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or dangerous objects to the event.
2. ADMISSION
Admission, pursuant to Law 8/2002, of October 21, on Public Shows and Recreational Activities.
3. PROGRAM MODIFICATION
The Organization reserves the right to modify the event program.
4. RE-ENTRY RIGHTS
The ticket holder will lose the rights granted by the ticket if leaving the venue before the re-entry time stipulated by the organization.
5. IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTATION
It is important for all attendees to carry their ID or other valid original identification document.
6. ENTRY AND STAY LIMITATIONS
Entry and/or stay at the event is limited for any person who:
- Is in a state of intoxication, carries or consumes any type of narcotics or any type of illegal substance
- Carries weapons or blunt, sharp or potentially dangerous objects, capable of causing harm to people and/or objects
- Provokes or incites any disorder within the event or has caused proven disturbances
7. SECURITY CHECKS
All attendees may be subjected to a search by the security team at the event entrance, following the guidelines of the Public Shows Law and Private Security. In case of refusal to be searched, entry to the event will be denied.
8. VALID TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
Any broken ticket and/or wristband or with signs of falsification will authorize the organizer to deprive its holder of access to the event or to be expelled from it.
9. OFFICIAL POINTS OF SALE
The Organization is not responsible for tickets that have not been purchased at official points of sale.
10. RECORDING PROHIBITION
It is strictly prohibited to record, broadcast and/or film the event with professional equipment without prior permission from the organization.
11. USE OF IMAGES

12. MINOR ACCESS POLICY
- Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an authorized adult who is responsible for them, and must submit the minor authorization signed by father, mother or legal guardian at the festival entrance
- Minors between 16 and 18 years old must submit the minor authorization

13. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
The purchase of the ticket implies acceptance of the conditions of use of the cashless system and authorization for the capture of images during the event, in accordance with the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy available on the official website.
