If you attend Boombastic Festival, you should know: The organization may capture images through photography or video of the attending public during performances, participation in activities, and, in general, while on the festival grounds, for use for advertising or promotional purposes. Therefore, if you attend the festival, you must be aware of and accept this possibility, which is acknowledged and accepted through the purchase of your ticket and subsequent attendance at the festival. If you reject this possibility, it is better that you do not participate in our festival, as its very nature (mass attendance, large venue) prevents us from guaranteeing the exclusion of such possibility to those who do not wish to be photographed or recorded. The images will be kept by our organization, will only be used for the specified purposes, and will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties.
