You can carry it on your mobile as long as it is the original document, not screenshots or photos of the ticket. However, if your mobile has a damaged, broken or scratched screen, we recommend bringing printed tickets to avoid problems when reading them.

You can buy a PRM/APRM pass by first purchasing the general pass, then writing to info@boombasticfestival.com to request the modification of your pass to a PRM/APRM accessibility pass.

Yes, festival tickets are nominal and it is mandatory that all passes are in the name of the person who will access the festival with them. Once the purchase is complete, you will have 20 days to add your name to the ticket free of charge; after the 20 days, naming your ticket will cost €12.50. Yes, you can use your Youth Cultural Voucher (Bono Cultural Joven) to purchase Boombastic Festival tickets. You can use up to €200 from your voucher on any of our ticket types. Buy your ticket here and select "Cultural Voucher" as payment method during checkout.

The cancellation insurance allows you to recover the cost of your ticket if you cannot attend the festival due to an involuntary and justified cause.

The claim management is done directly with the insurer (ingood by Reale), following the deadlines and conditions indicated in the policy.

Yes, but with restrictions. You can enter with a maximum 50 centiliter water bottle and one portion of food for personal consumption only.

Don't worry, nobody has their wristband until days before the festival. All you need to top up your wristband is your Boombastic ticket, and the money you load will be associated with your ticket code. Once the event date approaches, we will give you the wristband with the balance you have pre-loaded.

We recommend topping up your wristband as soon as possible to enjoy the promotions. This way, during festival days you only have to worry about enjoying yourself, without queuing at recharge points. Remember that you can request a refund of the remaining balance you don't spend during the festival online and we will return it to your bank account.

You can request a refund of your remaining wristband balance online following these 3 steps:

1. Enter your wristband identifier or ticket code in the refund form. The identifier is on the back of your wristband (8 characters). The full remaining balance on your wristband will be refunded.

2. Provide your personal and banking details (required by anti-money laundering law), including your IBAN. This will register your refund request.

3. Receive your money within 20 business days. Once the refund period ends, all transfers are processed and you'll receive the money in your bank account.

Illegal objects, weapons, flammable materials, animals, and food that may spill or cause odors. Packaged and sealed food is allowed.
