HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
- Data will be kept as long as the lawful processing relationship is maintained
- At the end of the relationship, data will be duly blocked
- Accounting and Tax Documentation: limitation period for infractions 10 years
- Solvency Files: while the breach persists, with a maximum limit of 5 years

RIGHTS EXERCISE PROCEDURE
The data controller will provide information within one month from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by another two months if necessary.
The information provided will be free of charge, except for a reasonable canon for administrative costs in case of excessive requests.

We do not process data relating to criminal convictions and offenses, nor specially protected data except in specific duly authorized cases.

- All staff commits to respecting the Privacy Policy and data protection regulations
- We require third parties to sign confidentiality commitments
- We have an IT security environment to prevent unauthorized access
CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY
BIGFUN FESTIVALS reserves the right to make modifications to the privacy policy. We recommend you consult this policy regularly.

MINORS POLICY
- Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an authorized adult and submit the minor authorization signed by father, mother or legal guardian
- Minors between 16 and 18 years old must submit the minor authorization
- This policy does not apply to GREENZONE tickets, which do not allow access to minors

JURISDICTION
