Boombastic Winamax Asturias will have a cashless system throughout the venue and the wristband will be the only form of payment inside the festival.
Top up your wristband in advance, forget about carrying money during the festival, avoid queues and take advantage of the online pre-top-up promo.
Remember: to spend your gift balance, you must first spend the balance you topped up yourself.

Cashless Refund
After the festival, you can recover what you haven't spent.
Deadline to request the refund: from July 27 to August 14, 2026.
*Don't throw away your wristband, you need it for the refund.

I don't have a wristband, what do I do?
Don't worry, nobody has their wristband until days before the festival. All you need to top up your wristband is your Boombastic ticket, and the money you load will be associated with your ticket code.
Once the event date approaches, we will give you the wristband with the balance you have pre-loaded.
When can I pre-top-up my wristband?
We recommend topping up your wristband as soon as possible to enjoy the promotions. This way, during festival days you only have to worry about enjoying yourself, without queuing at recharge points.
Remember that you can request a refund online for the remaining balance you don't spend during the festival and we will return it to your bank account.
How do I request a refund of my wristband balance?
You can request a refund of your remaining wristband balance online following these 3 steps:
1. Enter your wristband ID or ticket code
Enter your wristband identifier or ticket code in the refund form. You can find the identifier on the back of your wristband (8 characters). A management fee of €2.50 will be deducted.
2. Provide your personal and banking details
Due to anti-money laundering regulations, you will need to provide personal data and your IBAN. Your refund request will then be registered.
3. Receive the remaining balance
Once the refund period ends, all transfers will be processed within 20 business days.
